The dying laboratory is well equipped with modern facilities and experienced personnel. Using color analyzer device spectrometer in second control to make the color experiments fester with greater efficiency; to prevent and keep the color difference at the minimum level.
Bobbins are tightened with Dettin Mark Centrituge to avoid damaging the yarn and prepare it for drying.
Dyed bobbins are dried using Stalam Mark machines with the Radio
Frequency System (RFS) to attain the best result of products up to the end of the process.
High speed values are obtained for dye raw material by using DyStar Mark and dye variations are discouraged.
